Monday, May 29, 200627 May 2006: On 13 February 2006, the Northeast Intelligence Network, in conjunction with Internet research "CP," issued an investigative report concerning the presence of Jamaat ul Fuqra camps in the United States. Jamaat ul Fuqra is a Pakistani based terrorist organization founded by Sheikh Syed Mubarik 'ali Gilani, an Islamic cleric who currently resides in his native Pakistan. On 1 april 2006, in response to our investigative report concerning the presence of Sheik Gilani's terrorist camps inside the United States in our post 9/11 society, Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani issued a scathing diatribe against me, and accused the Northeast Intelligence Network of "engaging in hate, fabricated falsehood, lies, and appalling propaganda aimed at bringing about a clash between Muslims and Christians the world over, and particularly in the United States (U.S.)."

Considering his response to our report concerning the presence of Jamaat ul Fuqra inside the U.S., I cannot imagine, then, Sheik Gilani will be too pleased with our most recent investigative findings that his jamaats, or encampments, are present in various areas of Canada as well. Investigation subsequent to our report published on 13 February 2006 verified that Jamaat ul Fuqra is present and active in Canada under the leadership of Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani, however far removed for the sake of plausible deniability. Nonetheless, the same principles followed by members of Jamaat ul Fuqra in the U.S. are indeed adhered to in Canada.
almost as if to verify Jamaat ul Fuqra's track record in Canada, on 7 april 2006, Canada deported three men after they completed their prison sentences for their 1994 conviction of conspiring to bomb a Hindu temple and East Indian movie theater in Toronto, Ontario. Barry adams, amir Mohammed ahmed and abdul Baqqer, admitted members of Gilani's Jamaat ul Fuqra, were arrested in 1991 while crossing the border from the United States into Canada. The men were arrested, convicted and served their time in prisons in the Kingston, Ontario area.
In 2002, Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was kidnapped as he went to meet with Jamaat ul Fuqra leader Sheik Gilani in Lahore, Pakistan. Mr. Pearl was tracking reports that Gilani's group hosted would-be shoe bomber Richard Reid in Lahore. although the circumstances of the savage murder of Daniel Pearl remain murky, a few things are certain: Jamaat ul Fuqra is an active terrorist organization in Pakistan, maintains a disturbing presence in the U.S. for more than 20 years, and has enjoyed the same freedoms in Canada. as in the U.S., many Jamaat members have been trained in the use of weapons and explosives in Pakistan — under the tutelage of Sheik Gilani and his minions.
Investigation by the Northeast Intelligence Network has indeed verified the presence of a Jamaat ul Fuqra encampment located in the Madawaska Valley in Combermere, Ontario, just west of the Capital City of Ottawa.
When considered in the oath administered by Sheik Gilani to his recruits in the early 1990s that stated: "I shall always hear and obey, and whenever given the command, I shall readily fight for allah's sake," the presence of such encampments in Canada, should be enough to concern every Canadian citizen. By exposing the presence of such encampments, by shining the bright, hot investigative lights onto such operations, we feel that we are able to humbly quote one important passage of the Canadian National anthem that states: O Canada, We Stand on Guard for Thee.
