OSINT and HUMINT source reports have combined within the past 48 hours to constitute one of the most striking dioramas ever seen in any region of the world just prior to the initiation of full-scale armed conflict. These reports are far more than the proverbial handwriting on the wall or mere belligerent rhetoric; they are virtual and tangible realities seen in most instances by disbelieving human eyes, so real they stun the senses with an aura of surrealism.
These intelligence items were then capped by a two-day council of war lorded over by Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadi-Nejad. The first day's session was held Damascus, Syria on Thursday, with the second session moved to Tehran on Friday. On July 5, 2007, the Iranian news agency IRNA reported that Syrian authorities had instructed all Syrian citizens residing in Lebanon to return to their country by July 15, 2007. The next day, the Israeli Arab daily Al-Sinara similarly reported, on the authority of a Lebanese source close to Damascus, that Syria was planning to remove its citizens from Lebanon. Also on July 5, the Lebanese daily Al-Liwa reported rumors that Syrian workers were leaving Lebanon at the request of the Syrian authorities. In addition, the Syrian government daily Al-Thawra reported that Syrian universities would accept Syrian students who were leaving Lebanon due to the instability there.
Today we had business to do in Jerusalem, so we left our home at 7 am and traveled down the east side of the Galilee, through Bet Shean and past the check point at Sede Trimot in the Jordan Valley.
Once we entered the Jordan Valley as we passed through the Arab agricultural areas we noticed the following which is most unusual;
There were no people visible working the in the fields. There were no children along the side of the road. There were no tractors or other farm vehicles anywhere to be seen. All of the vegetables had been completely harvested and the fields were 100% empty. No preparation of the fields was evident for the next planting…Plastic was everywhere from the prior crop. The greenhouses had no plants in them. The vegetable stands that are normally filled to the brim from the harvest were completely vacant. This is the peak season for growing vegetables in the Jordan Valley, yet everything had been harvested and nothing was growing waiting to be harvested or picked. We concluded our business in Jerusalem and got back on the road again about 2:45 pm heading north up the Jordan Valley. Again, no people, no fruit stands, no crops, nothing!
A HUMINT source in the U.S. reported the following - The USG has urgently mobilized transportation brokers to acquire as many empty transport trucks and railroad cars or flatbed conex shipping containers as they can muster from all points in North America. They are to stage the empty containers at two or more large US ammunition production facilities in the mid and upper Midwest ASAP. (Read: U.S. is urgently preparing a massive re-supply of ammo, explosives and weapons for Israel.)
The following is a paraphrasing of the ITRR TAM-C Alert # 1673-5 dated July 18, 2007. UNIFIL troops in Lebanon are on high level alert through 24 JUL 07. UNIFIL expects imminent attack to include: roadside VBIEDs, kidnappings of troops and suicide bombings against UNIFIL positions in Southern Lebanon. Hezbollah attacks into Israel proper being initiated in the specific vicinity of Shebaa Farms in northern Israel is anticipated. Initial Hezbollah direct and indirect fires expected to consist of anti-tank rockets, anti-aircraft ordnance and mortars.
Now you have the most recent pieces of the "big picture" puzzle regarding this coming war; a war I have been predicting to occur as a second phase of the July-August 2006 Israel-Hezbollah war. That war was also presaged by directives from Tehran, provided for by Syrian and Iranian war stocks purchased from Russia, Red China and North Korea. Unlike last summer, this coming war is one in which the ultimate objective is nothing less than the total destruction of the State of Israel.
There is also something very important in the above referenced DEBKAfile report. That something is Imad Fayez Mughniyeh. A report from just 8 days into the aftermath of September 11, 2001 Janes.com is equally revealing about what is in store for Israel, and very likely the United States between today and sometime in September 2007.
The report states that the Israeli intelligence service known as Aman suspected that Saddam Hussein's "Iraq is the state that sponsored the suicide attacks on the New York Trade Center and the Pentagon in Washington. Directing the mission, Aman officers believe, were two of the world's foremost terrorist masterminds: the Lebanese Imad Mughniyeh, head of the special overseas operations for Hizbullah, and the Egyptian Dr Ayman Al Zawahiri, senior member of Al-Qaeda and possible successor of the ailing Osama Bin Laden.
So, America was not justified in toppling Saddam Hussein's regime, WMD or no WMD, isn't that what the liberal left has been so shrill about from the onset of Operation Iraqi Freedom? Before I loose my temper let me get back to the Janes.com report which goes on to quote one of the Aman sources as saying,
"We've only got scraps of information, not the full picture," admits one intelligence source, "but it was good enough for us to send a warning six weeks ago to our allies that an unprecedented massive terror attack was expected. One of our indications suggested that Imad Mughniyeh met with some of his dormant agents on secret trips to Germany. We believe that the operational brains behind the New-York attack were Mughniyeh and Zawahiri, who were probably financed and got some logistical support from the Iraqi Intelligence Service (SSO)."
It would appear that we have indeed, as many observers and officials have recently noted, come full circle to the weeks prior to September 11, 2001. Moreover what is now almost transparently about to occur stands a significant possibility of eclipsing the events of the day of infamy both in terms of innocent casualties and physical destruction, albeit on a much broader scale than anyone currently cares imagine. Unless some pre-emptive action is taken immediately by America and our allies we dare not imagine the consequences of what comes next.
If you thought the paradigm changed for both America and the world after 9/11, well, "you ain't seen nothing yet," irrespective of the fact that mainstream media has yet to report on any of the above. One very big reason why we're here and have as many site viewers are we do. My advice has always been to be prepared for just about anything. Now would be a good time to start.
