As many of youse know, in the advertising businessI'm known as The Tuxedo Man. Wherever I roam peopleremember me as the guy wearing one of my collectionof custom crafted tuxedos, boots, and cowboy hat.
I just ordered some more tuxedos for my collection. Toparaphrase that New York socialite who said you cannever be too rich or too thin, I say you can never be toorich or have enough tuxedos, boots, and hats.
The designer behind my designer threads is SylviaDanese, of (www.danesecreations.com) Danese Creations, way out dere in Phoenix,Arizona, where it's hot as hell most of the time, andespecially now. But when it comes to design she's ascool as cool can be, and I oughta know, since I've beenwearing her threads for a couple of years now, andeverybody wants to know where I get my duds.
I'm not worried about anybody being cooler than mebecause everything I own is a one off. For those of younot hip to that lingo, it means that my designs can neverbe duplicated, they are just for me, the Whelanator, whois a one off himself. So what I'm saying is, when you puta one of a kind man in a one of a kind tuxedo, what youhave there is an explosive combination, something thatis permanently etched in the subconscious of everyoneI meet and greet on my many trail rides.
Sylvia has been in da biz since 1971, however manyyears that is. I only count money, not years. She is a firstechelon bridal designer, and I figured anybody who coulddo that ought to be able to turn out a first class tux, andI was right. Maybe it was Sylvia who convinced me, butthat don't rightly matter, does it. Hell, she even makesher husband Lou look good, and that's a tall order.
Just kidding Lou.
Here's the straight dope. You wan't some threads thatsay "Hey, Trump, come on over here and introduce yourselfto me!" then get in touch with Sylvia today. (And that's notsome cock and bull story, it really happened. Check mywebsite.)
Sylvia says my new designs will be El Supremo, whateverthat means. But I'm excited, because she tops herself everytime. I have to get busy on the boots and hats.
You heard it here first.
From the big saddle,Jim Whelan
