I Like Hands-free Products

Many moons ago, the Whelanator used 'ta' sell toilet paper, paper towels and such. He sold many other items as well, but selling customers disposable products was important.
I have written a 'cupla' times about my by now famous toilet paper story, so I'm not gonna' tell that again today.
One of the things that always bothered me about the paper companies was the delivery system for their products. They had old dinosaur boxes that didn't work then, and they don't work well now either.
I think it was about two years back, maybe more that I first noticed an electronic paper towel dispenser in a restaurant bathroom. You pressed the button, and one sheet of towel rolled out. You pulled it off, used it, and threw it away.
I remember saying to myself at the time, "That's a really good product, and it saves paper." A real honest to god twofer.
Since that time, these dispensers have become more and more common, and really should be used everywhere.
They are way more sanitary, and use less paper. Along with being a great product, that would make it a threefer.
This morning I was looking at an ad in the magazine Restaurants and Institutions from a company called Server Products. The product is called EZ-Cream Dispenser, and its for dispensing creamer into your coffee.
Why do I like it?
It's hands free.
No messing with cartons or small 1/2 ounce portions of creamer. Just press your cup against the dispenser, and out it comes at the proper temperature. I'm sure this could be made with multiple dispensers for coffee joints and convenience stores.
I like this kind of thing. It's more convenient and sanitary, and would certainly move the line along faster at 7-11.
Just a little something for you to talk about while standing around the water cooler. Now get back to work.

P.S. If you call me now at The Joan Randall Agency 206-407-3124, chances are I'll be talking to you on a hands free phone, which is another great tool. I have the same thing installed in the Whelanmobile too. You can tell it's me by the horns on the front of the car. Those babies came off one of the biggest bulls in Texas.
In the next year or so, I'm going to get another pair for the Whelancopter, so be on the lookout for that too.
