Where’s Waldo? Dirty Soros Prosecutor Goes Into Hiding

It’s no secret that George Soros has polluted American cities with crooked politicians, judges, district attorneys, etc. One of the worst is Kimberly Gardner, who compiled a record of failure that would be difficult to duplicate.

In 2016, Gardner was elected to the Office of St. Louis Circuit Attorney and assumed office on January 1, 2017. She was re-elected in 2020 for a second term. However, a report indicates that Gardner failed to fulfill her duties as mandated by state law, which led to a significant decline in the effectiveness of the Circuit Attorney’s Office in St. Louis.

Crimes increased in the Democrat-controlled city

As a result, crimes increased in the Democrat-controlled city. Gardner, who became the city’s first Black circuit attorney, resigned in May 2023 and was under heavy investigation by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey. When elected, she was part of a movement of progressive leftist prosecutors whose narcissistic beliefs sought diversion to mental health treatment or drug abuse treatment for low-level crimes, pledged to hold police more accountable, and sought to free inmates who were wrongfully convicted

During Gardner's tenure, the Circuit Attorney's Office, which was previously the most active in Missouri in terms of jury trials, experienced a significant decline in the prosecution of criminal cases. This decrease in activity resulted in a near collapse of the city's criminal justice system.

Bailey alleges that due to Gardner's failures, nearly 12,000 criminal cases have been dismissed. Additionally, he claims that over 9,000 cases were thrown out just before trial, which led judges to dismiss more than 2,000 cases because of a lack of evidence and speedy trials for defendants.

In February 2023, a case became the final straw for Bailey. It involved a teenage volleyball player who had come to St. Louis with her team and was hit by a car, resulting in the loss of both her legs. The man who caused the accident had been charged with assault, armed criminal action, and driving without a valid license; despite violating the terms of his bond several dozen times.

Gardner's list of allegations is long

In the wake of the incident, Bailey filed a petition quo warranto. A writ of quo warranto is a common law remedy to challenge a person's right to hold a public or corporate office. In this case, the attorney general can remove a prosecutor who neglects the job’s duties.

Gardner's list of allegations is long. As the investigation has continued since her resignation, authorities have tried to serve her with subpoenas, but she can’t be found. Missouri Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick said Monday that a state examination of the office that handles criminal prosecutions in St. Louis is being delayed because auditors can’t find the former Circuit Attorney.

In his news release, Fitzpatrick said that auditors have tried for several months to contact Gardner, including trying to serve her with a subpoena. However, her whereabouts remain unknown. He added:

“This is a pattern of behavior with Kim Gardner, who hasn’t shown a willingness to be transparent or accountable. Without question, she knows our audit is ongoing and that we want to speak with her about her time in office, but she has made no effort to comply with our requests or respond to our inquiries.”

The Gateway Pundit has reported on Gardner’s misdeeds for years. Among the things that have been reported are that Gardner is so intolerable that two dozen attorneys and more than one-third of the trial lawyers left the office when she took over in 2017, and this is a Democrat-dominated office.

The future of Gardner's legal licensure is uncertain

The report results from a lengthy investigation that involved analyzing tens of thousands of documents and interviewing almost 40 witnesses. This extensive process was intended to uncover the full extent of the issues present in Gardner's administration.

Attorney General Bailey is still pursuing thousands of pages of records from the city. Gardner did not turn over these records in response to subpoenas. At this point, the future of Gardner's legal licensure is uncertain. Bailey has stated, "I think that it will be up to the judiciary to decide whether her licensure is at risk."

Gardner’s record of failure is frightening. Key findings in the report include:

  1. Dismissal of 25,000 Cases: The report highlights that under Gardner’s tenure, an astonishing 25,000 cases were dismissed, raising serious concerns about the administration of justice in St. Louis.
  2. Failure to Prosecute 2,735 Cases: Judges dismissed 2,735 cases due to Gardner’s office’s failure to prosecute, indicating a systemic breakdown in the city’s legal processes.
  3. Misuse of Taxpayer Money: The report uncovers that Gardner’s office paid $351,500 to an unlicensed attorney for legal advice, a blatant misuse of taxpayer funds.
  4. Violations of the Crime Victims’ Rights Act: Gardner’s administration is accused of countless violations of the Crime Victims’ Rights Act, compromising the rights and welfare of victims in criminal cases.
  5. Resignation Amidst Legal Pressure: Gardner resigned just hours before a judge was expected to order the turnover of potentially damaging records and schedule a deposition, a move seen as an attempt to evade accountability.

Gardner refuses to prosecute criminals and releases dangerous criminals back onto the street

In addition:

Her office refused to file charges against the woman who opened fire on the Cinco de Mayo crowd, citing “lack of evidence” and the “victim refuses to assist.”

Under her regime, the homicide rate and car thefts in St. Louis rival the numbers from any major city in a third-world country. Gardner refuses to prosecute criminals and releases dangerous criminals back onto the street, and at the same time, she throws out court cases because she says the police are racist.

In August of 2018, Gardner announced her self-proclaimed “exclusion list,” stating that she would not accept cases from 28 St. Louis Police officers because, in her opinion, they were racist.

In 2019, Gardner refused to charge a drug dealer who was found with 1,000 opiate pills and 30,000 in cash because she didn’t like the cop involved.

Far-left racist Gardner must turn over communications with Soros operatives, Missouri political insiders related to her false case against former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens

That same year Gardner refused to charge the killer of a 7-year-old child despite the suspect’s confession.

Gardner lied about Governor Eric Greitens’ case, committed over 60 acts of misconduct in the case, and got away with it.

In 2020, Gardner dropped the case against a suspect who shot another man in a traffic dispute in broad daylight.

That same year, Gardner was also caught on video lying about being harassed during a traffic stop.

Also, in 2020, Kim Gardner released all of the rioters and looters from jail without charges in the violent St. Louis Black Lives Matter riots.

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled that the far-left racist Gardner must turn over communications with Soros operatives and Missouri political insiders related to her false case against former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens.

When you read the list of allegations associated with Gardner, all you can do is shake your head in disgust because she was not only elected once but also re-elected in 2020.
