With all due respect to U.S. Congressman Ron Paul and his contributions to the high ideals which he holds dear to himself and upholds for millions of conservatives, I felt it necessary to write a rebuttal of sorts to his article regarding the rule of law and water boarding as torture.
His best stance on the issue that would seem to favor his point revolves around the idea that the U.S. military did hang so called “war criminals” in after the Japanese used water boarding as a torture method during WWII.
