Bush for hurricane Katrina, even though no American president yet has the power to create hurricanes, direct where the storm will hit land, or make a foolish Mayor get his people out of harms way with two weeks advanced notice of trouble - the person responsible for 75 dead and 310 injured in Iraq this morning is quite obvious...
Determined to keep some form of his arbitrary Iraq troop withdrawal plan intact, just to keep his Code Pinko constituents back home appeased while he fumbles every political football on earth, Barack Obama left the Iraqi people at the mercy of Islamic terrorists still anxious to kill and this mornings headlines read -
75 killed, 310 injured in Baghdad attacks.
On August 4th, August 10th and again this morning, car bombs rocked the capital of Iraq, making August the deadliest month in Iraq in more than two years. With Obama’s withdrawal of American troops, Iraqi citizens are once again open targets for Islamic terror groups who are still very much at war with western culture, even though the Obama administration has outlawed the term “war on terror.”
While Obama plays politics, innocent Iraqi men, women and children who braved a gauntlet of fire to paint their fingers purple in the first free elections they have ever known, are dying!
As many experts tried to warn, any premature arbitrary withdrawal of American security forces from Iraq would leave Iraqi citizens exposed to renewed terror attacks and all of the hard work done over the last six years would be for not, as the country is allowed to sink back into a caveman existence controlled by brutal terrorists.
George W. Bush made no decisions that resulted in Hurricane Katrina, and he was not the Mayor of New Orleans who failed to properly prepare for the coming storm. Yet every American newspaper ran headlines of how George W. Bush was responsible for the death and destruction that resulted from the natural disaster, which the New Orleans government managed horrifically.
Where are the US headlines this morning, correctly laying the death of 75 Iraqi citizens at the feet of the man who made the decisions that caused the disaster?
Contrary to popular leftist propaganda which has claimed for years now that all of the Middle East violence would end when American troops withdrew from the region, the attacks are actually increasing dramatically as American troops withdraw.
As American troops pull back, Iraqi terror attacks increase, as predicted by actual security experts ignored by Obama’s Code Pinko faction. No matter what Obama’s team wants to call it, the war on terror continues and more innocent citizens are dying as a result of Obama’s security plans, which are based upon political expedience instead of intelligent security strategies.
But the real purpose of today’s column is to shine a light on how the unfair, unbalanced and entirely biased American press continues to shovel hogwash down the throats of American citizens in support of the pro-Obama Marxist agenda, and that not even the death of innocent civilians can cause them to become honest in their reporting.
Despite the obvious increase in terror strikes abroad, the leftist American press continues to provide pressroom cover for a horrific national security strategy that will sooner or later lead to more American deaths as well, both in Iraq and at home.
Areas that fall back into terrorist control in Iraq will have to be retaken by American troops and more American troops will be lost in those efforts. A retreat from the war on terror abroad invites the war to our own doorstep. That’s what happened on 9/11/01.
Terrorists don’t stop when the west retreats from the war on terror. They are emboldened by the retreat, and they exploit the lack of western resolve to advance on their enemies. Any sign of weakness from the west is interpreted by terrorists as an invitation and opportunity for more attacks.
We have seen this pattern from Islamic terrorists for more than thirty years now and despite the obvious message from past experience, the American left remains committed to retreat and sooner or later, that will bring the war on terror back to American shores.
When the next 9/11 happens in an American city, the American people can thank the Obama regime, Code Pinko and the US press, all of whom are complicit in the insane security strategies that inevitably invite future attacks on US soil.
Obama is personally responsible for the death of 75 Iraqi citizens murdered in six car bombings in Baghdad this morning. But you won’t see any US paper place the blame where it belongs.
Protecting innocent life is no longer a “progressive” idea in America. In fact for modern progressives, innocent life has no real meaning at all today. Progressives refer to terrorists as “insurgents” or “freedom fighters” and to American troops as “terrorists” or “right-wing extremists.”
And since progressives are in charge of America now, we can expect the death toll in Iraq and at home to increase over the coming weeks and months.
Every American citizen wants our troop’s home safe and sound. But only progressives are foolish enough to bring them home the wrong way, without first finishing the mission so that they never need to return.
The price of the last two elections is going to be high, not only in lost treasure and liberty, but in innocent American lives as well. Sometimes, it’s the only way people will learn the lesson!
