Ladies & Gentlemen,
Members of the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals declared Sergeant of Marines Lawrence Gordon Hutchins, III an innocent man on Thursday (22 April).
Sergeant of Marines Timothy Joseph Harrington and I first became acquainted coming from different directions fighting the series of Attainder Courts-martial against Marines described as the "Camp Pendleton Eight."
Information we hold--much of it now in J.B. Williams' possession for independent scrutiny and evaluation--works to put senior military officers and some Naval Criminal Investigative Service special agents in federal prisons.
Four-star Marine Corps General James "The Monk" Mattis and NCIS Special Agent James H. Connolly are two names that jump out instantly. I heard last evening that Mattis is being considered as the next USMC Commandant.
I'm informed also that Navy-Marine Corps "command racketeers" will hold Sergeant Hutchins in confinement until such time as government appeals run their course. This could take years.
Army officialdom got caught unlawfully detaining Sgt. Robert Wiesen as reported by Ed Pound in U.S. News & World Report (Ed's article is linked below).
When Ed started asking questions, Army generals ordered Wiesen's release.
I can go on. But won't.
I simply ask:
Why is Sergeant Hutchins, an innocent man, still incarcerated in Fort Leavenworth today?
