After the constant pummeling George W. Bush continues to receive in the media, entertainment, and on the streets, one would have thought his rehabilitation would take a generation or two and not less than two years into the administration of The One that succeeded him.
As the five year anniversary again summons up memories of Katrina’s devastation of the Gulf Coast, Louisiana voters are giving higher marks to former President George Bush for handling of the storm’s aftermath and dealing with crisis than they do for President Obama’s handling of the BP oil spill, according to a Public Policy Polling survey conducted Aug. 21-22.
Say what you want about President Bush, but he didn’t seem more in love with himself that the country. Unlike a certain person we know….
