Convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo, unpaid beating victim Kirk Henry, Crazy Horse Too

Rizzolos file objection to Piazza deposition

Late Friday, convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo and his ex-wife Lisa filed oppositions to unpaid beating victim Kirk Henry's motion for an extension of discovery so his legal team can depose Vince Piazza.

Not mentioned in the Rizzolo's opposition, however, is the amount that the Rizzolo's initially told Henry's attorneys that they were to receive for their share of the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too; $990,000.00. It was recently discovered that the amount was actually $3 million dollars! Therefore, it is now up to United States District Court Judge Philip Pro to approve Henry's motion in order for Mr. Piazza to reveal just who was the recipient of the unreported two million dollars. In a MOTION (below) filed on October 8, 2010, attorneys for Kirk Henry asked the United States Federal Court to extend the time for Discovery in Henry's personal injury case so his legal team can depose Vince Piazza to ascertain whether Rick or Lisa Rizzolo received at least $2 million of the $3 million dollars under the table.
