Spelling disagreement

I wonder why the print media can’t agree on how to spell “Mad-dog” Muammar’s last name?
I’ve seen it spelled Gaddafi, Gadhafi, Khadafy and Qaddafi.
Then, again, they could all be the wrong spelling. Maybe the correct spelling is Daffy.
