Coming out of the shadows: Four more years of Obama

Sticking to the Saul Alinsky “demoralize the masses” strategy, Barack Hussein Obama seems to like the use of scare mongering tactics. During the long three and a half years of his administration, it seems that every Friday evening is Fright Night, the worst of them occurring on Christmas and Easter.
Obama’s latest scare came not at the end of the week but the beginning of it on Monday. And it’s the one big scare that went down without a bang. Mothers of America: Hide your French Fries; push your plump little princes and princesses behind voluminous skirts. The “Moochelle” so many like to spend time ducking, is here to stay. “Obama also says the first lady is ready for another four years in the White House, despite her initial reservations about coming to Washington.” (FoxNews.com via Associated Press, Feb. 6, 2012). Michelle Obama’s multi-million dollar solo flights to lavish vacation locales and eye-blinding bling notwithstanding, President Obama told mainstream media that one of the toughest parts about being president is that his wife has been dragged into the “political realm”.

No one would know better than her husband that Michelle Obama is not “dragged” into anything. Her style has been ‘in yer’ face’. It was Michelle who boldly joined front and center of the cheering squad to call her husband “courageous” for endorsing the slaughter of babies who survive abortion. Or as Canada Free Press (CFP) columnist Kevin Stoos put it: “Obama does not even favor protecting innocent babies who actually are “lucky” enough to survive late term abortions.” Without invite, Michelle Obama, the unschooled nutritionist, put herself in a position to tell parents struggling in the current economy, what should be on their childrens’ dinner plate. Nobody dragged the Community Organizer’s wife to either place. “Obama was responding to a question about how he felt when Michelle Obama said she has been inaccurately portrayed as an “angry black woman”. “While the president did not address that comment specifically, he says that his wife is as good a first lady as anyone could imagine, and says he believes Americans have a positive impression of her.” Michelle Obama’s anger does not come from colour. It comes from within. For any who missed Barack Obama’s point, he somehow knows he will be reelected. He wouldn’t otherwise pontificate that the First Lady is ready for another four years in the White House, despite her initial reservations about coming to Washington. Obama’s word on the state of Michelle should also put to rest for once and for all, those who excuse his Fundamental Transformation of America mission as proof positive he is not “in over his head”.
