Musings Regarding DictatorCare Following the Oral Arguments to the SCOTUS

If you are familiar with anything I’ve written, you know that I believe that divine intervention is the only prayer we have of escaping the purposeful destruction of our blessed republic. Constitutionalists were heartened when several justices strongly questioned the constitutionality of the individual mandate (dictate) interwoven into DictatorCare, but the miracle was what wasn’t imbedded within the voluminous DictatorCare. In the rush to ram a soviet-style dictate upon a resistant populace, a severability clause was not included within the over 2,700 pages.

With all that is wrong with DictatorCare, the Satancrats unwittingly provided the SCOTUS with the key to overturning the entire monstrosity. Let’s pray that the SCOTUS takes advantage of this marvelous gift in rendering DictatorCare unconstitutional in its entirety. Isn’t the Supreme Court justices’ responsibility to ensure that legislation brought to the court does not exceed the limits of the Constitution, not to create holes through which to force through unconstitutional legislation? I may have missed it, but I’ve been waiting to see a comparison of quotes between Presidential candidate Obama and Justice Kennedy. Five days prior to the General Election, Presidential candidate Obama warned us in a speech given at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO that ‘We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.’ Contrast this warning with the comment that Justice Kennedy made when questioning the individual mandate, ‘That changes the relationship of the federal government to the individual in a very fundamental way.’ Doesn’t this contrast reveal that DictatorCare vastly exceeds the limits of our Constitution?

A core argument for DictatorCare is that the uninsured will have insurance, including those with pre-existing conditions. The desire to provide health insurance to individuals with pre-existing conditions is understandable, but are these unfortunate souls being used by heartless ideologues to ram through their menacing agenda? The CBO released new estimates of the crushing costs of DictatorCare, almost doubling them over the initial nine years. It was also revealed last week that there is a possible $17 trillion of hidden costs within this monstrosity as well. Sooner rather than later, under DictatorCare, the Death Panel will be called upon to begin the inevitable rationing of health care. Who do you believe will be the first individuals sacrificed at the altar of DictatorCare? If a person has a pre-existing condition, isn’t it likely that he/she has a health issue that will exceed what the Death Panel will consider to be ‘financially responsible?’ As with virtually every issue advanced by the regressive-Progressives, they use vulnerable and trusting individuals as shields to achieve their sinister agenda, only to discard them when they are no longer of use ‘for the greater good.’ The core compelling reason our Founding Fathers took the radical action of revolting against an unenlightened British monarchy was that the colonists were not represented within the monarchy. As threatening as the individual mandate is within DictatorCare, equally alarming is the nearly limitless reign and reach of the HHS Secretary in dictating within the legislation. This is not representative government; this is a tyrannical, vindictive dictatorship! Another challenge to the individual mandate is the bevy of exemptions/waivers from this unconstitutional attempt to ‘fundamentally transform’ our representative republic into a soviet-style republic. If this legislation is so beneficial, shouldn’t the individual for whom it is named be bound by it? Shouldn’t the members of the body of government responsible for forcing this excrement upon a resistant populace be bound by it as well? And, with the 1,700 exemptions/waivers given to the politically connected, hasn’t the individual mandate already been violated in a major way? If this travesty is upheld, with the exemptions/waivers granted by the HHS dominatrix, haven’t we seen how partisan everyone’s lives will become under a fundamentally transformed USA? This isn’t about healthcare; this is about control, and a purposeful assault upon individual sovereignty and against perceived ‘enemies’ by politicians in power! It is wait-and-see time. Will the members of the SCOTUS act in compliance with their oath of office, or fail the American people in a way that opens the door for further assaults by our government upon a defenseless populace? Lord, in Your infinite mercy, please guide a majority of the SCOTUS to rule DictatorCare to be unconstitutional in its entirety!
