It is an ironic dichotomy that in the land of plenty, we are burdened with an abundance of poverty. I’m not speaking of financial poverty, especially to the degree to which so many are subjected in other parts of the world. I’m speaking of the lack of genuine, spiritual, faith-based morality, upon which our extraordinarily blessed republic was founded. I am speaking of the lack of honesty, the lack of genuine compassion, and the purposeful stealing of hope, that has been the American Dream. How have we sunk to such depths in a country that was established upon Judeo-Christian principles?
Most people believe that our nation’s number one problem is our economy. While not diminishing the magnitude of the severe frailty of our economy and the daily reality of real people ignored within the constantly, politically manipulated unemployment numbers, these issues are mere manifestations of a sinister, educational and moral poverty being forced upon us by an unrepentant horde of Progressive barbarians. Until we re-invite God back into the center of our lives, our economy will continue to frustrate us, regardless of tax policies, government spending, DictatorCare, etc.
Before pointing a finger at the more obvious suspects involved in foisting an unholy agenda upon us, haven’t virtually all of us been complicit, to some extent, for our current malaise? Haven’t many of us been asleep at the wheel while radical forces have been surreptitiously infiltrating all aspects of our society, government and many religious faiths to advance an agenda of moral poverty upon us? How many individuals take to heart the words of the Great Emancipator, Abraham Lincoln, spoken during his address at Gettysburg, ‘… that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth?’
Progressives have fallen for the greatest sin of all, elevating man to the level of God. Of course, the self-appointed Progressive leaders are more God-like than those they wish to control. Their paradigm of sustainability through human ‘control,’ as found in policies like U. N. Agenda 21, including population control through abortion, is the definition of unsustainability.
Once a person believes that he or she is equal to God, he/she invites a grave, moral poverty into his/her life. Just as the levees protecting New Orleans failed due to a combination of neglect and the extreme forces of Hurricane Katrina, the neglect of our faith and Constitutional levees has left us vulnerable to the Katrina-like attack from a super-cell storm of domestic and foreign fronts merging to destroy our religious freedoms, society and republic. How many people were injured or died, lost their homes and/or businesses, or lost their jobs because of the neglect of maintaining the levees by government employees at all levels? Yet we are told by regressive-oppressive-Progressives to trust agenda driven, non-medical, un-elected, government employees with our health care?
Many within society believe government is the key reason for our precipitous devolution in education and in everyone’s abilities to succeed within the workplace. These people are partially correct. There are many excellent teachers and educators at all levels of our public educational systems. Their students are fortunate to be the beneficiaries of these teachers’ commitment to excellence, and their assistance in helping these students grow into educated and productive adults. Tragically, there are many teachers and administrators who have conspired in a sinister plot to indoctrinate, not educate, to amass power, not serve. Teaming up with accomplices within the megalomaniacal NEA, the textbook industry, the entertainment industry, all levels of government and the Goebbels media spanning several decades, many students of several generations have become victims and lemming ambassadors of this unholy alliance and agenda.
The attacks upon Catholicism, Christianity and Judaism, while shielding the assaults of Islam and Sharia Law against our religious freedoms, culture and legal system, are ripping through the invisible protections of our individual faiths and our collective Constitution. Part of the attack upon Catholicism can be found within the indefensible DictatorCare. This is landmark legislation because it reveals the depths of depravity of pressure and bribery to which Democrats succumbed, in selling out the American citizenry for this dictatorial agenda.
The sleaze of this agenda has even spread into the hierarchies of religious faiths, camouflaged as compassion, and it is compromising the dogmas of these faiths. Many ‘Catholic’ leaders and leaders who are ‘Catholic’ have been instrumental in erecting the ‘golden calf’ of DictatorCare. This ‘legislation’ is not about health-care. It is about herding human beings like cattle, in order to control individuals’ actions, and it is a brazen assault upon our freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution. Whether we devolve to the depths of the German concentration/death camps is yet to be seen, but with DictatorCare and other legislation and Executive Orders, the architecture for culling of true believers and patriots for punishment or death has been established.
The seed of this perversion of compassion within DictatorCare is social justice. It is time for the scales that blind those drawn to the poverty of social justice, especially those acting within religious faiths, to be ripped away, allowing our Creator’s light to shine through upon the fruits of genuine faith, compassion and assistance. Rooted in subverting justice by playing upon people’s guilt, jealousy and arrogance, social justice is an attack upon the divinely positive energy generated from the circle of gifting by one person to another.
Many people joke that it is better to receive than to give, but anyone who has given from the heart, and with a level of sacrifice, can attest that it is truly better to give than to receive. When government interrupts the sacred force of giving and receiving by dictating human action, humanity loses one of the greatest opportunities for human beings to enrich their souls and display their moral character, both as the giver and as the receiver. This opens gaping holes in our faith levees.
In Peter Schweizer’s book, ‘Throw Them All Out,’ many readers’ belief that there is a vacuum of ethics inside the District of Corruption is confirmed. Very few individuals within either House of Congress conduct themselves ethically, with integrity and according to the oath they swear when taking office. Additionally, there are other foxes in the hen house of political poverty. Warren Buffett, a homespun terrorist, has been granted special status at the buffet table of fleecing the American taxpayer. Much is said about ‘entitlements’ and an ‘entitlement mentality.’
The arrogance of entitlement leads to conflicts of interests, and the resulting guilt of those ‘serving in government’ (a truly outrageous oxymoron for many employed in government) must contribute to the willingness of so many people to embrace the Progressive agenda. They live a conflicted life of entitlement and guilt. No amount of financial wealth can overcome the poverty practiced within the District of Corruption. Of course, the majority of elected politicians are elected into office based upon half-truths and outright lies, so why are we so surprised when they turn their backs upon us once they are in office?
Further addressing ‘entitlements,’ before a penny of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid is touched by any Congressional budget, all un-constitutional and/or abusive Federal government departments and agencies must be eliminated. The ‘entitlement’ of a lifetime lottery for working for the government is bankrupting our spirit and our economy. This insanity must end!
Also, consider the bountiful oil, gas and coal reserves within the U. S. Isn’t it a sin not to responsibly reap the benefits of the gifts with which our Creator has blessed us to help all of us improve our quality of our lives? The poverty mindset of the green agenda, nestled within the surreptitiously applied U. N. Agenda 21, and imposed by the EPA, begets even greater poverty throughout our economy and society.
The ‘flat earth’ mentality of the greedy green intelligentsia is stifling the financial, spiritual and emotional energy needed to spur economic growth and a return to American normalcy. Oversight and regulation of these industries is important, but any action that stands in the way of the Keystone Pipeline, drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, and elsewhere, and the use of ‘king coal’ is a threat to all American citizens, our quality of life, and borders on tyranny and treason. The Lying King stumps for DictatorCare because it was passed by a band of corrupt, but elected, members of Congress, but he uses the EPA to sidestep Congress when members of Congress, including those from his own party, stand up to his dictates.
Hasn’t he crossed the line from being a pitiful President to being a spoiled, rogue Dictator? Additionally, in a world of need and want of food, how twisted is it to ‘convert’ food products into energy, driving up the cost of both food and fuel? This didn’t start during his regime, but he has done nothing to abandon this perversion.
Why is it that those who are currently in control of the political narrative can speak with velvet eloquence, but must resort to ramming their policies upon an awakening and resistant citizenry? Only a blind ideologue cannot see that this form of ‘rule’ results in the poverty of faith, hope, charity and financial security. Our founding fathers were not eager to separate themselves from Britain, but they knew the evils of top-down, dictatorial rule. They were separating themselves and our resulting republic from a domineering, non-representative form of rule.
The sad aspect of this heinous assault by the Obama syndicate and co-conspirators within each political party, along with assistance from beyond our borders is that it is a rehash of previous, satanically inspired forms of government control, imposed from the top-down. This is the polar-opposite of the freedoms afforded mankind by God and guaranteed by our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and subsequent Amendments.
Two quotes of note, ‘Freedom is not free,’ and ‘All that’s necessary for the forces of evil to win in the world is for enough good men (women) to do nothing’ are very apropos. Only when we seek to protect our opportunity to practice our faith and protect our freedoms with the same zeal as those who seek to steal our right to live our faith and live our freedoms do we rise above the poverty of submission to tyranny and treason. May God move protect us from the self-imposed poverty being dictated to us by our hard-hearted, heavy-handed, and menacing Federal government!
