Have you noticed that gas prices have been falling? Despite Obama’s protestations that the control of gas prices are beyond his reach, and his claims that prices are driven by world demand, magically, just as his prospects are tanking and he needs a boost in the polls, prices drop! It’s abundantly clear that OPEC dropped the price of crude solely for the purpose of keeping their ally and accomplice in power.
Every oil related policy or action that Obama has put forth since January 2009 has been to further the crippling and destruction of our domestic oil industry. In concert with this, Obama’s Middle East policy, whereby he fomented chaos in multiple oil producing countries and, one by one, handed these countries over to the Muslim Brotherhood, puts OPEC in the driver’s seat. With Obama in power, there is little domestic competition, and with Obama out of power, OPEC faces the prospect of competing with domestically produced oil.
It is for these reasons, as they protect their ally, that you will see falling oil prices in the months leading up to the election.
Be aware that they have been promised the ability to recoup their losses in Obama’s second term!
