Let’s end the charade

Do we need the United States House and Senate? Apparently not. We are paying some 535 people big bucks to do nothing. Not that it is entirely their fault, but regardless, why don’t we send them home and save the money we are spending to delude ourselves that we have 3 co-equal branches of government and a system of checks and balances. We have neither.

We have a dictator who does what he wants when he wants. The people are frustrated because their desires are ignored. Congress has to be beyond frustrated that they are constantly marginalized by a President who goes around them at every turn.

So, let’s end the charade. Maybe then people will wake up.
