"I talked to an investigator of the Volusla County Sheriff’s Office who told me that the victim Ralph Altro left Florida to visit family and they cannot find him. He further stated that he expects this case to be closed out in the near future. Looks like Rizzolo and Morrissey will dodge the bullet in this case."
This is Dominic Rizzolo's second offence for "AGGRIVATED BATTERY WITH A DEADLY WEAPON," and the victim "left Florida to visit family and they cannot find him."
