Election 2012 is not just an ordinary election

Is this the lull before the storm?

Nineteen days out from Election 2012 and are there’s a nagging unease making it feel like the proverbial lull before the storm. All check points from the latest polls show Governor Mitt Romney an impressive seven points ahead of President Barack Obama, something that even weeks ago seemed improbable. All maps are now showing a flickering light at the end of the long dark tunnel. The Pocket Messiah is treading, rather than walking on, water. Romney and Obama could have been a resurrected from a kinder gentler past Bob Hope and Bing Crosby, ‘roasting’ each other in scintillating humour at last night’s annual Al Smith dinner.
Media celebrities and Catholic attendees laughed uproariously at Cardinal Timothy Dolan’s big event where you’d never know that ObamaCare’s birth control mandate will soon be the law of the land. With Candy Crowley’s televised, CNN tagged “superb” rescue mission fast fading from the rearview mirror, there’s mercifully only one presidential debate left and it happens on Monday. Is America’s almost four year long Obama nightmare really over? Will millions of Americans and world-wide friends and supporters get to cheer loudly on November 6 with joyous visions of Barry and Michelle moving quietly out of the White House they held hostage with Executive Order backed threats of a Fundamentally Transformed America?

Do Marxist ideologues like Barack Obama ever just move on? No matter what happens when election results declare the winner, Obama who rose up through the ranks of the underbelly of the body politic before ever stepping foot in the Senate, will return to that underbelly. The big question is will he lead the Socialist Revolution of America from the Oval Office or from the street as a returned community organizer with the power of “former President” added to his name. In this lull before the storm not everybody has convinced themselves that “It’s Romney by a landslide.” For them the disquiet of knowing at heart that Obama will never move quietly into the night keeps them tossing and turning in restless slumber. Why are the Obama team and their running dog mainstream media lapdogs acting as though this is just another run-of-the-mill election rather than the most crucial one of our lifetime? Is it only because they know they’ll never get away with it that they have not ‘Herman Cained” Mitt Romney? Why did Wednesday’s daily message from Obama to the “grassroots” include a picture of Barack and Michelle dancing? Could it be that the key message of the Obama Team is built around making it seem that Election 2012 is just another election? Even as the lull before the storm plays out, are the finishing touches being put on a false flag operation that would justify martial law and election suspension? Does Obama, who seems to know something the rest of us don’t, realize that a majority of Americans will not entertain any 11th-hour interference in getting out to the voting booth? Election 2012 is not just an ordinary election. It is one where anything can happen. But the anything can happen possibilities exist on both sides.
