For the past several months, racketeer Rick Rizzolo's step mother Kimtran has been threatening litigation against the life insurance company that holds one of her ill-gotten annuities in the event they release the funds to beating victim Kirk Henry. Transamerica Life Insurance has filed several Motions in U.S. Federal Court stating that they will release the funds to Henry only on the condition that the Court order them to do so, and release them from any claims Kimtran may file against them for not protecting her funds. Yesterday, Judge Pro issued such an Order. This Order is in lieu of Kimtran's pending Appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court pleading that she is entitled to keep all of the money her late husband Bart Rizzolo placed in her annuities derived from the secret sale of the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too. In the event Kimtran prevails on Appeal, the $190, 644.19 must be returned to her, but the probability of her succeeding is extremely doubtful. - SM MORE INFORMATION:
