We look forward to the Rizzolo's March 28 Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act jury trial in federal court.

Lisa Rizzolo requests $22,892 for January. $13,748 approved

Racketeer Rick Rizzolo's ex-wife Lisa is stashing her husband's ill-gotten fortune in a Cook Islands account to avoid paying restitution to beating victim Kirk Henry, and back taxes to the IRS.

In December, the United States Federal Court allowed Ms. Rizzolo to withdraw $4,684.20 from her Cook Islands account to pay for attorneys fees. and an additional $8,586.55 for personal living expenses. She had requested much more. Then in January, Ms. Rizzolo requested $22,892 to pay for similar expenses. Today, the court approved only $13,748 of her request. Evidently, the court intends to keep the spendthrift on a short leash while her attorneys get rich at Kirk Henry's expense. (Henry and the IRS have received nothing from the couple's off shore stash.) Meanwhile, after they failed to have Henry's attorneys disqualified, we look forward to the Rizzolo's March 28 Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act jury trial in federal court.. - SM More...
