Democrats “Party of Death”? Vatican Thinks So!

Raymond Burke, prefect of the Vatican’s Supreme Court of the Apostolic Signature, had some rather harsh words for the U.S. Democrat Party recently. Burke told the Italian Catholic newspaper Avvenire that the U.S. Democratic Party risked “transforming itself definitively into a party of death for its decisions on bioethical issues." Where do you suppose Burke came up with such a harsh conclusion? Might it be because the Democrat Party has orchestrated the willful infanticide of 50 million innocent babies since 1973? Or because the Democrat Party advocates the unbridled right to assisted suicide? Burke did not limit his words to a general indictment of Democrats.
