New labeling regulations for food allergens in Canada
Teatro Naturale International The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Health Canada are encouraging companies to adjust their labels based on the new regulations as soon as possible in order to provide consumers with important allergy information and to ensure compliance.
