Musings Regarding DictatorCare Following the Oral Arguments to the SCOTUS
By A.J. Cameron Tuesday, April 3, 2012
If you are familiar with anything I’ve written, you know that I believe that divine intervention is the only prayer we have of escaping the purposeful destruction of our blessed republic. Constitutionalists were heartened when several justices strongly questioned the constitutionality of the individual mandate (dictate) interwoven into DictatorCare, but the miracle was what wasn’t imbedded within the voluminous DictatorCare. In the rush to ram a soviet-style dictate upon a resistant populace, a severability clause was not included within the over 2,700 pages.
Has NO ONE Read the ObamaCare Manifesto?By John Lillpop Saturday, March 31, 2012
Going into the March 26-28 Supreme Court hearings on the Big Government Bill of Rights—also known as ObamaCare—it was obvious that this 2,700 pages of propaganda had ticked off scores of millions of Americans who, for the most part, had not actually read a single page from the bloated and, as we now surmise, unconstitutional blathering stuffed with outright lies and gross exaggerations, all of which advocate on behalf of this tragic waste of paper.
Obamacare and Obama versus America and AmericansBy Jerry Philipson Friday, March 30, 2012
The United States Supreme Court has just heard three days of arguments on whether or not President Obama’s health care bill is legal according to the U.S. Constitution and should therefore be allowed to stand. The Supreme Court is expected to release its decision in June, in the heat of the American Presidential election. The Court has three possible options. It can say that the entire bill is unconstitutional and has to be scrapped, it can say that the bill is constitutional and can go ahead or it can say that parts of the bill are unconstitutional and have to be scrapped but the rest can go ahead.
Some Good News About ObamaCare from SCOTUS!By John Lillpop Thursday, March 29, 2012
From Washington, D.C. came good news from the Associates reviewing the Marxist nightmare known as ObamaCare.
The Total Power of the Mandate
By Daniel Greenfield Wednesday, March 28, 2012
The only real lesson of the ObamaCare defense is that if you define the macro broadly enough, you are entitled to completely control every aspect of the micro. Everyone can be compelled to buy health insurance because health care is no longer a service bought from a doctor, it is a national market which everyone by definition participates in. The market is then divided between good consumers who buy health insurance and the parasites who don’t. Alternative possibilities such as people who pay as you go, choose alternative health care or reject medicine entirely for religious or political reasons don’t figure into a macro equation which sees people in the macro, not as individuals.
The US Catholic Bishops and Obamacare: Some OptionsBy Robert Klein Engler Wednesday, March 28, 2012
Barack Obama’s ability to attract the Catholic vote helped him get elected US President in 2008. “Nationally, Obama captured 53% of the Catholic vote, a 13-point swing from 2004 and the largest advantage among the group for a Democrat since Bill Clinton…” (Link)
Supremes should declare ObamaCare unconstitutionalBy Grace-Marie Turner Tuesday, March 27, 2012
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — ObamaCare is unconstitutional down to its very DNA. The U.S. Supreme Court can save itself and the country years of litigation by striking down the entire law when it issues its decision this summer.
Sir Isaac Newtron: What goes up must come downBy Roger Gitlin Tuesday, March 27, 2012
What goes up…Must come down. I reference the noted 17th century British astronomer and mathematician, Sir Isaac Newton. Newton’s Law of gravity is about to prevail on our maven president. The apple is going to strike the messiah .

Pray the SCOTUS Invalidates DictatorCare!
By A.J. Cameron Monday, March 26, 2012
Consider the hypocrisy and blasphemy of this White House confederacy. While it assaults Catholicism, Christianity and Judaism, it is organizing a ‘prayerful witness’ to encircle the Supreme Court while it hears arguments for and against DictatorCare, as if the SCOTUS is a modern-day Jericho.
Obamacare Versus the U.S. ConstitutionBy Alan Caruba Sunday, March 25, 2012
In a nation where Congress has already determined how much water your toilet tank can hold and whether you can purchase a 100-watt incandescent light bulb, the assertion of federal power is now so great and so unbounded that a case concerning the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), brought by 26 states will decide whether, in fact, there are any rights or powers left to the states.
