Why did the Rangers need to bailed out? Were there any Rangers KIA? Well? What was wrong with more Rangers added to this operation instead of SEALS? CH-47's are the only helos for high altitude for transport but other choppers could have been used with smaller loads and accomplished the same thereby dispensing a huge single target by the enemy. One question needs to be asked and "answered". Who ordered this unit into action when they were not needed because other elements could have been inserted? It is tempting to fill in gaps of information with conspiracy theories. I am comforted to read all the scripture references in the previous comments. From a non military background, just that of a proud citizen of the USA with roots going back to the first colonies, I am certain that only God can extract us from the evil plans that are unfolding. God knows the plots of our enemies and it won't be the first time He has rescued his people when they called on Him. Trust Him but be prepared to do our part.
