The People of the United States has the right to nominate by way of votes, all judges that the People of the United States wants in each Court of Justice of the United States, under the following constitutional principle: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." [Preamble of the US Constitution]. Consequently, the People of the United States has the right to establish Justice to the People of the United States, and therefore, also has the right to nominate the judges loved by the People, by way of democratic elections.

With the DC Boyz including Czars, Representatives, Senators, the Prez & the VP, we have 582 fingers in the US pie. Add to that the
3,600 +/- Federal Judges (some legislating from the bench) and the 9 on the Supreme Court there are at least 4,191 fingers in the pie.
I didn't include those hanging around for the big bucks & benefits.
Appears no 2 people in DC can come to an agreement on what they can do FOR their country instead of TO their country. They're much too busy playing 'CYA' & 'What's in it for me?'. Much too busy to remember they all swore to uphold the US Constitution.

There is not a single judge who has shown he or she can be counted on to do the right thing. After all they allowed the fraud to occupy the white house.

There’s a reason conservatives dislike activist judges and that is their record for rendering judgments that ignore the Constitution and impose their personal views on the rest of us.
