Jesus told his Apostles: "They will hate, ridicule, drag you into court, kill you, for My Sake, but remember - they hated me before they hated you!" Doesn't that say it all, and prepares us what is to come? We all know that christians are being assaulted throughout the earth, however - we should not be surprised, but rather prepared and ask God to forgive them because they do not know what they're doing! Initially, I was going to launch into a character description of these fanatical critics, but it would have been a too lengthy description of their lack of character. There's a bible passage that aptly describes them: "they hate the good and love the evil". They are driven by their self-interested passions and not at all by reason. In fact, they are driven to such senselessness by their self-interested passions, that they perceive good as an evil and evil as a good. Thus, their good-evil is at war with our good. Thus, they're at war with our Christians as well as with America. Apparently, they don't perceive Islam as a good to be at war with. They pass muster as sufficiently good-evil. I'm beginning to think that ideology has little or nothing to do with their orientation, since very few of them will understand it. I'm thinking that their passions will find and use any outlet that's available to them. I'm thinking therefore, that they're quite berserk and beyond reason. They attack Palin and Tebow with their passions while trying to find their attack words secondarily. Their smears and fabrications come from the passion of hate, not from ideology. Shall we unveil the 700-pound Tasmanian devil in the room? The chief reason the average crank hates Tim Tebow & Sarah Palin is because both are open and unapologetic Christians. Although typical anti-American bigots are loathe to admit this fact, it is transparently true. Further, it is the essential values and characteristics of authentic Christianity which most of these non-believers find highly objectionable. This same anti-religious bigotry now threatens to atomize America’s once nearly impregnable foundations.
