CommentsSince the Super Committee failed to do what they were brought together to do, then there is no longer any need for it and it needs to be disbanded, abolished, and I have emailed both of my representatives to do so. I will not tolerate this committee to remain together to do some other illegal activities, for it was illegal to begin with. There is nothing in the Constitution that says Congress can hand some of its duties over to a committee. As a matter of fact it says the opposite, that it cannot hand its responsibilities over to anything else which may I add includes any and all budgetary issues like cuts in DoD budget, tax increases on the rich, cuts in Medicare, supposed lying butt payroll tax cuts, which are Social Security taxes. Like, Medicare isn't strapped enough as it is being bankrupt, Obama has cut the "payroll tax" already, twice?, and he wants a $1,000 more cut off of everyone's paycheck?Obama put this "Super Committee" together in order to bypass a Republican controlled Congress. That was the only reason..period! He did it so that he wouldn't have to deal with having to counter even more of the huge pile of bills that are stacking up in the Senate that Harry Reid will not allow to be debated, and never will until after the Presidential election to see if he is still head of the Senate. In the meantime, we have a whole year yet to go before we see if Obama is going to allow us to elect a new President. I believe he won't and will cook up a crisis or contact his Muslim friends to attack us a little bit which he can use to stop the elections. Super committee failed to make cuts necessary to balance the budget. When the 12 member super committee was dreamed up by Obama and his freakish liberal zombies in Washington, there was no intention for the “bi-partisan” group to pull off the spending cuts that they were tasked with figuring out. The triggers were supposedly put into place to encourage them to do their job, but in reality failure is exactly what the liberal democrats wanted. The trigger gives them a chance to gut the military, and cut programs like medicare. . . for the soul purpose of blaming the republicans and touting their belief that we dearly need ObamaCare.
