President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Organization of Islamic Cooperation Discuss methods and develop strategies to curb and prevent questioning, criticizing and/or discussing Islam Free speech and freedom of expression are the cornerstones of the American ideal and the American way of life. There can be no freedom and democracy without free speech and freedom of expression and the United States could not and would not exist as a free, democratic country without them. All of the other freedoms the U.S. is built on depend on them and without them freedom in America would no longer exist. They are the most basic, fundamental, essential building blocks of all and if they disappear in the United States freedom and democracy there disappear with them.
