No state will leave the Union. Chains of gold bind them tightly. States are hooked on Federal money. The greater likelihood is the NAU.

As bad as Obama is, what follows is worse yet. If Texas tried to leave there would be a civil war in the state between those who want Federal money to come in and those who think Texas can go it alone.

Face facts, Americans are too craven to have self rule. They do not want the responsibility and prefer to be disgruntled. If they lack the backbone today, and they do, it is more than absurd that leaving the Union brings it back. Instead they will become subjects of a new oligarchy with less benefits flowing to their servitude than today.

We have had a serious debate at work this last week..
"Which state might be the first to threaten to secede from the Union?"
It wasn't a question of,"would any state ever threaten to secede"...
it was a question of "WHICH STATE?". The very idea of the population of any state rising up and saying,"Enough!" is not a surprising idea.
If Obama were to win another four years.. I suspect that at least one state will have to secede to protect their rights. Perhaps several would do it as a self-protecting group. Maybe Texas, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, S. Carolina, montana, Wyoming, etc.
It doesn't sound or feel like fiction any more. These are perilous times. The last time i remember America being anywhere close to this abyss..was 1968. Washington is destroying America. Period.

NDAA Is A Hoax:You Can't Legalize Tyranny

This excuse for a congress is shameful.

Letting the judas goat's threat of a veto of what should have been regarded as a budget is absurd. I've seen continuing resolutions in the past far into the next fiscal year.

Yet the let themselves be bullied into passing the NDAA which is a travesty. A singular act of stupidity that has laid low much of our constitution and made due process a thing of the past.

The only salvation now would be to legally remove him from office before his term is up. And send his crony ponies with him. It's no longer a mystery what this guy is or what he's sent here to do. He's a destroyer. It's a hostile takeover and the assets are already collateral for his debauchery.

His latest pounding of his puny chest ought to be enough to motivate a congress he's thumbed his nose at to go after him. He's strutting around with a swagger showing he is beyond the rule of law. It's time for congress (opposite of progress so far) to get serious with the one who demanded the language which sold out this country.

AJ, NoCrud and others: How desperately I wish that the people would wake up and do as our forefathers did, and that was to BE PREPARED for ANY situation. That starts with educating themselves because the un-news media and the Pubic Fool systems are of little value.

The picture of the Obamanable one superimposed on a burning Constitution is certainly appropriate. My how those who Occupy the Oval office HATE the Constitution.
GHWB called it a piece of toilet paper and his business partner Little Billy Boy Clinton appears to have done his utmost to destroy the original. During his administration, the Constitution, which is in a carefully controlled atmosphere, “suddenly” started to disintegrate. Did Silly Willy the Sodomite or one of his lackeys insert a hypodermic needle into the tubing running to the display and inject an acid?
What those miscreants do not seem to understand is that their time is short, and then comes the judgement.
Silly Willy thinks “Once saved always saved” [Which is true, but also has an IF clause] and thinks that he is so brilliant that he can con God.
Over the years I have seen some truly reprobate minds holding down the highest office in the land, but this arrogant Obamanation exceeds any of his predecessors.

It is incredible just how easily the Bill or Rights can be nullified by a stroke of the pen. The NDAA trashed our rights on a whim.
Search & seisure. 5th amendment. Unreasonable searched and detainment.
These were our unwaivering rights..just a few weeks ago. Now they more like 'guidelines'. Anybody can be locked up indefinitely by any number of Federal agencies for any excuse they can dream up.
Think it can't happen? The Fed's are giving discount tuition pricing to ILLEGALS! There is no such thing as an 'illegal immigrant'...
They are on American soil illegally! They are not immigrants..they are law breakers. Washington has gone insane. So...I don't buy the argument that "It couldn't happen here"

Every one of these Communist hacks need to be arrested. Every senator that voted for this or had anything to do with crafting it. Throw Them All Out! every damn one of them,D or R. Go to their houses and arrest them. Throw them in gitmo as it will be awhile before we get around to trials.

After the murder of JFK and surely after 9/11 it is preposterous to think elections are something more than show. Not one candidate is outside the grip of the Nomenklatura. There is a secret state and a visible state. The secret state is the Western globalizing Imperial state of Das Kapital. It's members are not elected but circulate from the varied entities that comprise the Establishment.

What we see is a long range plan of global domination via militarism. Alongside this is totalitarianism. As Blake said "There is a class of men whose whole delight is in destroying."

However the real problem is the people and not the rulers.

The coming war inside America

Posted by Doug Hagmann on Jan 3, 2012 at 12:05 AM

Controlled economic collapse, move toward globalism

imageAs the attention of most Americans was captivated by the shiny object in Times Square this weekend like infants fixated on car keys dangled in front of them, Barack Hussein Obama signed into law H.R. 1540, better known as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Regardless of any concurrent executive signing statements that are mere window dressing and not legally binding, Obama and every member of congress who crafted and voted for this act has essentially declared war on American citizens on U.S. soil.
