What happened in Florida is a tragedy, but the biggest one, what is following. As far as I knew, in America, you are innocent, until proven guilty by the Law of the Land (not by the mob).BTW; The unconstitutional, unlawful government, facilitate the behavior of those who voted for them. Funny how the whole nation is all racist and radical now that this jerk is president. the guy has forged documents and nobody will look into them except one brave man Joe Arpaio sheriff of Maricopa county. a man with over 50 years in law enforcement. This man has looked at his B/C and he says is a fake. his selective service registration card is a forgery. they are both forgeries and really bad ones at that. Obama gives himself the power to declare martial law if we happen to rise up after being lied to by our elected reps. Americans it's time for us to stand up and demand this man be checked out. Sheriff Arpaio say Obama cant pass a background check to work for the sheriff's office, yet this man is given the codes to our nukes and is making deals with the Russians to take away our missile defense system the Russians don't like because it makes their missiles no good against us. America, this man is a danger to us all! it's time for him to go. to use his words "we cant wait" well, we cant wait till November. Every day this man remains in office is another day of his destroying our country. Wake up, America! this man has to go now and i do mean to jail! If he's going to live off our dime for the rest of his life it may as well be in one of our prisons. And, finally: Two weekends ago, Chicago reported 49 people shot, mostly in the black community. Of those, 10 died, including a 6 yrs old Hispanic girl who was on her front porch. Why didn't this "delegation" of "do-gooders" invade Chicago to pacify the black community and place a bounty on the shooters? Because to them this is not a racial issue, except for the fact that a 6 yr old Hispanic girl was killed. Because the media ignores Chicago and goes after the big story in Sanford, FL. Why didn't Obama get on his bully pulpit with his teleprompters and accuse the Chicago shooters of killing someone who would have looked like his own son? These are all questions in my mind and wonder why the national media does not bring out these issues, and instead MSNBC, CBS, CNN, are all inventing scenarios in order to pacify the black community and get Zimmerman arrested and prosecuted. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Roseanne, the Black Panthers, Spike Lee, Farrakhan, etc. are in Sanford, FL, for the purpose of turning this into a racial issue. That is how they make their living. First - With all the media attention on this issue, it is benefitting Barack Obama because it is taking away topics of interest during the election campaign - the economy, his open mike statement in Seoul, the risky loans to Solyndra and other "green" projects, his 17 vacations in three years in office at a cost of millions of dollars to the taxpayer, his giving $1.5 billion to the Muslim Brotherhood, the price of gasoline, etc., etc., etc. Second: Al Sharpton has a history of lying and exaggeration to place himself as the "leader" of blacks. Remember Tawana Brawley, where Sharpton was sued for making up a story about Tawana, and he lost. The recent tragic shooting of Trayvon Martin understandably stirred up great debate over self-defense laws, citizen patrols, gun rights, and racial profiling. But despite the fact that the actual details of the case are still in dispute, several celebrities have called for a vigilante response. The question here is whether the right of Free Speech would protect these actions. The answer is, according to the US Supreme Court in the seminal case Brandenburg v. Ohio, Free Speech rights do not protect persons from words bringing harm to others. This is the topic of this essay, which suggests the USDOJ consider prosecuting these persons before the innocent are hunted down and murdered in the name of celebrity justice.
