Bill, Sher is correct. These are not "treaties", they are subverting the constitution to international law. This man is clearly a dictator and we are deep in.

Sorry Bill but, neither of the 2 Obama E.O.s referenced fall under those categories.

Why was a reference to Revelation 13:4 attached to the end of this article? John is discribing the beast not the U.S. President. The church historically has regarded the beast or antiChrist as the Pope of Rome. The Papacy is the antiChrist not some individual in history.

On the Executive Orders regarding international regulations, the President of the U.S. is bound to follow the U.S. Constitution which in Article VI: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."

International regulations issued pursuant to treaties which the U.S. has ratified are binding on the U.S. because the Constitution makes treaties the supreme law of the land. So the Executive Orders are simply implementing what he is required to do under the Constitution. There are a lot of things one can properly criticize President Obama for, but this is not one of them.

Amazingly, no matter what the ineligible dictator does, some will defend his actions.

Are they paid by the Obama regime, or are they just ninnyhammers?

To Bob Porrazzo: Not a problem. Thanks.

To: Bruce Bates.

You may wish to revisit your thought patterns. Obama is walking, talking and acting the part of dictator-in-chief quite ably. You may also wish to affect investigation of the E.O.s he has written and signed. I have. He is a dictator, despot, tyrant--or whatever other term you choose. He is, however, not a legitimate POTUS.

I am not an obama fan, but calling him a dictator shows pure ignorance by the author. A dictator is a ruler with total power over a country.

If obama were a dictator he would be able to set himself limitless terms, which he can't. He wouldn't be subject to only two four year terms, which he is.

In fact the author says "former co-branches of government" which would imply if any brand of government agrees with the president's bills and passes them, thats them "giving up rights" to the president. How about the same check and balance system has existed that always existed.... they are just agreeing with Obama.

Now to answer the question of “Will the Supreme Court of the United States of America bow to Obama and give up its co-equal status to the dictator as the US Congress has already done?”

The supreme court won't "bow to Obama" no matter what decision they make. If they agree with obamacare its not them bowing to the president. If they disagree, its also not them bowing to the president.

I think the author needs to wake up and smell the roses - America is a democratic republic, just as it always has been. One can't blame Obama just as one couldn't blame Bush for their OWN doing or lack their of.

In 1876 Rutherford B. Hayes was elected president. It was the largest turnout in history with 81.8% of voters turning out for the polls. Why? Because the people cared about what happened in that election.

Don't cry dictator when a whopping 56.5% of people turn up to vote and no one else cares. When America see's a dictator they will use the power they hold, the power of democracy, and they will vote the person in question out of us and rebuke the bills of said dictator.

Calling obama a dictator is about as accurate as calling canada a state.

Dictator Obama Issues New Threat to Supreme Court over ObamaCare

Posted by Sher Zieve on May 5, 2012 at 01:09 PM

Obama Administration has been quietly sending missives to the Supreme Court threatening that if it doesn’t rule in his favor on ObamaCare, Medicare will face disruption and “chaos.”

In his latest display of his full USA federal government dictatorship over both the American people and the former co-branches of government, Dictator Obama is warning the Supreme Court to either rule in his favor or face severe consequences.
