CommentsIt is my understanding that Jerusalem is not mentioned once in the Koran, while it is mentioned over 600 times in the Christian Bible. When we were in Israel, the Jewish people were happy, smiling, friendly, etc. Jewish sections are very clean. Arab sections make you walk on the street because the sidewalks are covered with garbage. The Arabs never smile and they consider anyone who is not Arab as their enemy. One even spat on the cross we borrowed to do the Via Crucis on the Via Dolorosa, the route Jesus took to be crucified. And, the world is partially responsible for the attitude of the Arabs. They consider Israel the aggressor when they finally respond after 8000 rockets are thrown at them. And now, with Egypt declaring Israel their number one enemy, Obama has the gall to give them $1.5 billion. I am a Korea and Vietnam veteran. While in Israel, the Arabs were acting up a bit and there was a lot of military presence. I told my wife that if the Arabs started anything, she should get on the first plane home because I was going to volunteer to fight next to God's children - the Israelis - and help them defend what is legitimately theirs.Posted by ProudUSAVet on 05/24 at 02:25 AM | # Islamic ideology demands that Israel must become "Islamic Palestine." Only deluded liberals who know nothing of Islam would believe otherwise. The peace negotiations of the past and today have been useless exercises full of Muslim duplicity. A "true" Muslim MUST subscribe to Islamic sharia law otherwise he's not really a Muslim. Sharia is totalitarian and highly discriminatory guaranteeing inequality for females and non-Muslims. It's diametrically opposed to Western style governance and human rights as we know them. It's high time liberal Western fools recognized these facts.
