CommentsAs a former Obama supporter and former Democrat turned Independent, I found your article right on so many points. Regarding the aggressive and cunning tactics of gays using the media to push their agenda favorable, while demonizing blacks opposing gay marriage will be indeed the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I was going to cast my vote again for President Obama in November, until I saw the vicious and incendiary attacks against blacks by the Left and gays, but more importantly, his lack of support to the black community's economic and educational issues have left me cold and unmotivated in supporting him.The way the media is trying to demonizing the black community is nothing short of high tech media lynching, but this time, the Democrats are using black celebs, media personalities to lend their support for gay marriage while conveniently ignoring that we as Americans have the right not to support an issue contradictory to our value system. Blacks are not the only group that opposes gay marriage, but we are scapegoated. Thank you for making the point about muslims because the media's cowardice is showing. I will not vote to re-elect President Obama no matter how much he and his supporters use the social media, traditional media to "bully and shame" blacks opposing gay marriage to go against their God-given right and duty to stand on their principles and beliefs. Keep an eye on the lack of support over the upcoming months because I've read that blacks will not vote for Obama, especially since he seems to get laryngitis when it comes to directly addressing the issues of the black community. Obama coming out in support of gay marriage might be the single issue which awakens black Christian voters from their Obama Zombie trance It is becoming increasingly difficult to escape the left’s in-your-face aggressive campaign to make homosexuality normal. Flipping through the channels, I caught a lesbian scene (two women kissing) on the Lifetime channel. The SiFi channel has a new series in which bi-sexual scenes involving the lead actress are a main staple of the show.
