Commentsabsolutely disgraceful misuse of power by a Government Agency. Where the heck is it necessary for an EPA worker to need weapons? You have police services to protect EPA officials if its necessary. I don't see it necessary for the EPA to have any use of a weapon.Posted by Less1leg on 06/01 at 04:38 PM | # In Obama's JOBS Bill - endorsed by The Communist Party USA - he wanted to hire TWO HUNDRED and THIRTY THOUSAND - 230,000 - more BUREAUCRATS = EPA officials - w an Expanded Budget of $23 BILLION - when the EPA already has 17,471 Bureaucrats w a Budget of $10.3 Billion! While Obama was - going around the country - to "promote" his Jobs Bill - and to "incite" Americans to call to their elected members of Congress to force them to "pass" his Jobs Bill, his "legislation" was not submitted to Congress, and was not registered in the House w a number to identify it - because NOT one Democrat would sponsor it. What Obama was actually doing = abusing US taxpayer money - "campaigning" - for re-election - on the backs of US taxpayers - by using his fictitious Jobs Bill - and deceiving the American people his Jobs Bill was to "take care of the little guy" - when in fact it was to hire MORE BUREAUCRATS - for state and federal government positions - to regulate the FREE MARKETS and the "little guy". The Communist Party USA endorsed Obama for 2008; The Communist Party USA celebrated the passage of Obamacare - and celebrated "how" he had forced the passage of Obamacare against the will of the people; The Communist Party USA endorsed Obama's Jobs Bill - sharing in their ideology for Bigger Government. If we don't have guns to arm ourselves, then they can do what they want. Time for the states to reign in the out of control agencies that are regulatory in nature and don't have the authority to make laws but enact policies that the uninformed take for law and then run with it roughshod over everyone who doesn't agree with them. The EPA, if I remember correctly, even has a SWAT team. Some people told me that my negative reaction to the arming of so many administrative divisions of government was uncalled for or an over reaction. Flash ahead almost 2 decades and I can say, "I told you so" to those many people. The sad thing is that the police did not stand on the side of the citizen against the obvious jurisdictional and constitutional violations committed by these goons.
