The United States Federal Court ruled that Kimtran must release the funds to beating victim, Mr. Henry

Convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo’s stepmother Kimtran fraudulently received $3 million from the sale of the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too, and immediately set up annuities to try to protect the fraudulently obtained funds that were court ordered to be paid to beating victim Kirk Henry.
