Most of the electoral vote has already stated they will vote for the one, and regardless what you may think they are the ones that put a president in office. It is not we the people.

When John Boy threw in with the Two Pigs, Dried Prune, & an effeminate pansy, he marked himself for life. Does he understand the Bill has provisions for a National Security Force, taxes on home sales, and many other nefarious liberty grabbing schemes that can be implemented at the discretion of the HHS Secretary? An undefined Law with no limits is an invitation to Tyranny!
“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.” – Thomas Jefferson
John Boy’s deference to government is a foolish interpretation of his duty and has severely diminished the integrity of the court! Remember, weren’t Adolf Hitler & Vladimir Lenin elected!
BTW, I am very proud of the four who served with Honor in this matter! Cheers!

We are fast running out of time to get take or vote the RINOs out of office and they know that. This election will be the last election if the corrupt one is placed back in there. He has legislation right now to take away term limits on the presidency. Can he do that legally, no, but then he doesn’t do anything legally and no one in this country, including all the republicans will do nothing to stop the lawlessness.
He can only win through fraud, which there is plenty of and illegals voting. Another 4 yrs of this corrupt fraud will saturate this country with American-hating illegals just waiting to strip away all citizens rights.

I contacted Johnny Isakson office and he has stated specifically that, as he did on the last vote on the LOST treaty, he will be voting against it. I told the Senators office to contact you folks, so you can correct your error on Senator Isakson's stance on the LOST Treaty. Should he be playing fast and loose with the truth; Senator Isakson will be trying to get re-elected come November and we will keep any such eventuality in mind when we go to the polls.

No word has been posted concerning the impact of SCOTUS defining the funding of the legislation a tax. Because of this, this can be overturned without a supermajority in the Senate. I think we may end up thanking the Chief Justice for the opportunity to skewer the beast. Had this not happened removal would have required a super-majority in the Senate, an unlikely event for the forseeable future.

What Justice Roberts held in the majority opinion was:
Medicaid: States have a choice not to expand Medicaid. If they decide not to expand then the federal government cannot threaten them to expand Medicaid by withholding federal money already in existing medicaid programs. This is good.
Commerce Clause: Justice Roberts puts the brakes on the Commerce Clause - finally - , the tool used by Congress and Presidents to expand the power of the federal government. We the People now have the opportunity to walk it back, perhaps never to the original intent of the Founders in our lifetime, but nevertheless, the opportunity is there. This is good.
Constitutional Power to Tax: Justice Roberts is saying that if the electorate is stupid enough to vote tax-and-spend representation into office then don't come to him or the SCOTUS for protection from your own stupidity. While I don't agree that the power to tax extends to behavior or non-behavior, We the People can limit the power to tax by exercising good judgment when we vote.
It's up to us to fix the problem, not the SCOTUS. This is good because it rejects the role of SCOTUS as a political referee.

No doubt the RINOs should go. There is some opportunity here. Hutchinson and Snowe aren't running again. However, it's Scott Brown or the Democrat. Which do you want? Didn't McCain, Graham, and McConnell just get re-elected in the last election? It will take 4 more years to get rid of them. Of the others who are up for re-election, Republicans can defeat them in the primary.
As to Agenda 21 and LOST, they are hardly stealth. Agenda 21 has been around since 1992, and LOST since 1982. LOST has been defeated in the Senate at least once before. Patriots have been fighting these UN power grabs for years.
Americans are awakening but the questions are, "Is it too late?" and "Are there enough awake to defeat the Marxist?"
Also, "Will we get an accurate count or is the election rigged?"

Our SCOTUS Chief Justice Turns Liberal on US and Gang of 20 RINOs Support UN Tax Scheme LOST

Law of the Sea Treaty
Thursday, June 28, 2012 mirrors the date December 7, 1941, President Roosevelt’s “Day of Infamy” in that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States deserted his scruples for which he was selected to serve on that exalted body of justices. He abandoned the conservative principles that caused President George W. Bush to place his name to serve as that court’s Chief Justice and created another day of disgrace and dishonor for our rapidly immoral descent into depravity.More...
