All of us feel the pain

A few days ago Obama woke up to the realization that “hope” and “change” wasn’t going to pull this one off.

With 330,000,000 people observing his dismal job performance, in particular, his energy policy the handwriting was on the wall. And what is written was “Obama, you are toast”!!

Before the 2008 election Obama publicly stated that his policies would make the cost of energy “skyrocket”. This is one of the few promises he kept.

Now, he is on a nationwide ‘blame’ tour where, at every stop, he denies responsibility and calls those who would institute energy cost reduction policies “liars”.

He and his cohorts have taken every opportunity to cripple our domestic energy industry and set the stage for $5.00/gallon gasoline.

Some examples; he stood by and did nothing to end the gulf oil spill, and then prevented foreign skimmer ships to come to our aid. He used the spill to halt drilling in the gulf, finding himself held in contempt of court on this issue. He, through the EPA changed the allowable sulfur in gas thus putting refineries off line. He fomented and encouraged riots and revolt in the Middle East thus destabilizing our oil supply. He stopped the Keystone pipeline and thus alienated Canada, our friend and neighbor.

Oratory skills and Teleprompters will not save the day. Even his most ardent supporters buy gasoline. They, and all of us, feel the pain.

Our analgesic will be found on November 6, 2012.
