Those who are advising Stephen Harper to talk tough to any nation that disputes Canada’s Arctic claims are skating on thin ice. Anyone can talk tough, but to act tough, you need muscles, and Stephen Harper is out of shape. He might be able to intimidate Norway or Denmark, but how does he expect to act tough with the over-muscled U.S. and Russia? William Bedford |
