Thinking Big

I see where Markham is thinking of building a 19,500 seat arena with hopes of acquiring an NHL team. Seeing that London has everything Markham has, and a lot more besides, wouldn’t it make more sense for the NHL to locate a new franchise there rather than in Markham? Could the problem be that the politicians in small-town Markham think big, while the politicians in big-city London think small?
