Is it clear yet what worldview Obama is coming from?

Obama sympathizes with dictatorships, Islamic regimes and tyrants over “the people” “freedom” and “rights.”

You have several practical examples which paint a vivid picture of Obama’s foreign policy and who he naturally aligns himself with.  I give you his dealings with Honduras, Iran, Hamas and N. Korea to begin with.
