Our bravest are spilling their blood as I type and some people are too lazy to get off their ass to vote...and they are going to raise up and revolt? HA! The revolt will be unionized; they will want their breaks, we will have to have quotas for the leadership........(equality), they will want their pay checks, vacation...... Forgive me if I have little or no faith in my fellow countrymen anymore. Maybe we need to get our asses kicked to learn our lesson. How many so-called conservatives pay for food, products or services that are provided by democrat-owned companies? That money is going right to Soros and Murdoch. The freedom we seek is what gave the enemy the power to destroy us in the first place; if not this constitution (that gives them the power), then what constitution are we to follow? Enforcement? HA! We need to get tough if we are going to win, I'm preparing myself for the worst-at least 6 more years of this crap. So... act already. Go down to your congressperson's office and make a citizen's arrest. Surely Mr Sellin and all the rest of you aren't simply infected with an incurable case of Internet Tough Guy syndrome. Do it already. Sellin has written a dozen columns that all say pretty much the same thing over and over. It's time to act. You have "evidence" of a felony and he says you can go make a citizen's arrest. Your series about Obama’s ineligibility is giving many readers hope that we can remove Obama and his henchmen from public office. When the time is right, leaders will come forward and we will know what must be done. In the meantime, we can all pressure John Boehner to not raise the debt ceiling or our taxes. However, while thanks to the net, an increasing number of Americans are becoming aware of what is really taking place in Washington, they fail to see any mechanism to effect any change in that situation. We both know that the Democratic party, and the Republican party are both equally complicit in the corruption of our government. We also both know that candidates for high office are pre-selected before being submitted to the voters for so called "election". Those who really pull the strings in this nation are well shielded from scrutiny and are beyond the reach of any common citizen. Because of that, the general populace, occupied as it is with the daily affairs of life, are hard pressed to see any method for a real sea change. Short of an actual popular armed uprising (which Jefferson suggested was occasionally necessary) any other method for change depends on existing institutions, and those are complicit in the corruption. When current polls are able to show that the so called "President" still has the support of almost half of the populace (and that certainly holds true in my neighborhood!), how can one factually expect the momentous change you describe? Personally I feel the situation is so desperate that we, as a nation, may never recover. At least you will have a chance to control what is done with it and be able to get the value from it that you worked to acquire!
