Radical ObamaCzars and the First US Imperium

An imperium is defined as, alternately, “supreme power”, “area of dominion, sphere of control” and the “right to command the force of the state in order to enforce the law.”  As reported by the JagHunters and others, the dictator-in-chief’s DHS head Janet Napolitano said recently at El Paso University that the Obama Administration has decided it is no longer subject to existing law when she stated:  “We are not going to sit by at the Department of Homeland Security and wait for a change in the laws…but we can reform what we’re doing as we wait for reform in the law, and that is exactly what’s going on!”
