The overburdening of the people with taxation

You can not tax a business, the most you can do is tax them out of business

It would appear that some legislators have NOT figured out that it is impossible to tax a corporation.  All taxes are a cost of doing business and are passed along to the final consumer (that is you and me).  If those taxes become too burdensome, then the product(s) of that corporation become too expensive and a competitor from another State or Country will soon put them out of business.
