CommentsThe laws in Hawaii require each State Party to "certify" their candidates. In 2008 the Democratic Party of Hawaii REFUSED to certify Obama. I repeat..REFUSED. This is why Nancy Pelosi and the National Democratic Party wrote this one special "certification". Why did the Hawaiian Dems refuse...could it be that their main attorney, named Mr. Gilardy, just happened to be the same attorney who handled the divorce between Stanley Ann Dunham and Lolo Soetoro in 1980? I've seen the divorce papers...he was the attorney. Mr.Gilardy, as Stanley Dunham's attorney, would have had access to Obama's citizenship and birth records.
