Obama keeps making statements about change, and world this and world that. I find it rather disconcerting that Obama keeps talking about all this change that he is going to change the world. Since I don't get to vote for him, and live in a foreign country aside from his political influence, he can go jump in the lake. I'm not obligated to his distorted version of political demands, especially those ultra-liberal whack jobs like Pelosi. Maybe during Obama's senatorial period, Mr. Obama could have done something about his own backyard first. Like, his neighbourhood "Black on Black" crime. His Chicago district had a higher murder rate than all of Afganistan's military deaths. Yet the MSM only discuss the military deaths, not Obama's hood. It gives the appearance we approve of what ever is said and perhaps in his own mind ad's on to what he feels will be his legacy in office. Handling of 9/11 was and is his most if not only accomplishment that he can't undue by this. It is a shame that we, all but pave the way for watch will be a danger to the US and prepare and easier road for Obama on his approach to being the Global Council to every ill. The idea also to not have a protectionist society of sorts, until we recover from the current problems, is in itself crazy as we among only a few would be open for further stress, monetarily, socially and Politically. It went down without a peep, with only The Washington Times asking “What if they held a protest and hardly anybody came?” “The far-left ANSWER coalition—a group that has drawn thousands of anti-war protesters to Washington in the past—mustered about 10 demonstrators Saturday outside the National Building Museum, site of the G-20 economic summit. “Other G-20 protests drew larger crowds, but ironically, the largest protests Saturday weren’t about ending global capitalism at all.” (The Washington Times, Nov. 16, 2008). It would seem that the Global Economy is now in the hands of Big Government, including Canada, whose Prime Minister Stephen Harper says Ottawa is ready to boost spending. More...
