Pagans and Christians
Re: Green pagans find way to White House funding and Dancing Druids
I just read your article on one of the pagan discussion groups I belong to. I doubt seriously that you researched anything before you decided to attack paganism and make those ridiculous comments. I was raised in a christian home. I went to various christian churches. I could very easily spout intolerant remarks about christians but choose not to as some of them are kind decent people and some are most definitely not. The same applies to pagans. I will say, however, that I have met some very tolerant pagan people. We accept each other’s beliefs and do not try to convert each other or anyone else to follow our beliefs as christians are prone to do. My problem with christians is their insistence on trying to convert everyone around them. I even had some of them put down the catholic church when I was catholic. Now THAT is intolerance. One of the groups I belong to is for christians and pagans. We get a long fine. Maybe you should research and learn about your subjects before you go making yourself look foolish, ignorant and prejudiced. Pagan people are the most caring I have come across and many would give you the shirt off their backs to help.
