Oil prices
Read your article and I agree with you the government would do a lousy job with the oil industry.
but something has to be done we need a Canadian price on oil probably
set by the oil producing provinces so they could insure a good profit for those involved.
We are paying American dollars for our oil even if we paid world price in Canadian dollars we would see a fair drop in prices and the feds should be forced to take the gst from oil and gas,
with prices this high it hurts Canadians the most ,we can cut back on driving
but the big expense is heating our houses and a lot of people will be cold
this winter,and the price of everything will be going up because of transportation costs
