Canada’s new GG
The one thing the new GG’s appointment shows for sure, is the lack of competence of a failed P.M. who has achieved the inconceivable: he’s making Jean Chrétien almost look good!
The on-the-fly, without research, without basis for it appointment, shows a total incapability for governing a country as complex and vast as Canada (frankly, I don’t even think he could competently run Andorra).
The controversy of Michaelle Jean’s appointment, with hers and her husband’s past affiliations, her lack of qualifications and the obvious political opportunism of the P.M., has tarnished not only her reputation and his, but forever diminish the pomp and prestige of the office of the Queen’s representative.
Is this man ever going to do anything right?
