Martin and the Americans
Dear Editor:
Re: Dictators, Prime Minister Paul Martin style
In regard to your column about Martin and the United States, I would like to say I completely
agree with your comments.
I wrote to Mr. Solberg today to let him clearly know the idea of the conservatives bashing the
president is not a good idea.
I am sure President Bush will continue to be a class act and not trade insults for insults/, but
he is, at this point, starting to let people know he will no longer accept the insults and spin
put out by the American left and good for him. Why should he accept this type of comments from
Mr. Martin?
I do not believe there are no pro-americans in Canada, good grief I have one son who I never
expected to respect the president is now a fan of his and also a feeling of disgust for the liberals in Canada and the U.S. I feel the same way and will work to get Mr. Harper elected.
If Mr. Harper continues to make remarks about the U.S. he will lose votes that are important
to him in Alberta. We like Americans here, we like their spirit of giving and courage that has
been seen today in Iraq, the people of Iraq and the troops that are working in danger and
in their giving in helping the Iraqi people.
Mr. Martin is a weasel, a person with no real integrity or sense of decency. He needs to
be defeated so we can start with a new prime minister who is conservative in his views.
Another place where Mr. Harper must make it clear he is a conservative and if he is intelligent
he will watch the states for ideas of the president that have worked well , as in tax cuts.
Thanks for the column, always need ideas to present to people who think liberals walk on water.
Heh.
