The liberalization of Canada
Dear Editor:
Re: One Canadian’s Apology
It has indeed been a pleasant surprise to read your column on this matter. You
could hardly imagine my surprise to find that this article had been penned by
a fellow Canadian and was found in a Canadian news source. The liberalization of Canada
brought about by Mr Mansbridge and the CBC is nearly complete, and while they
continously rant about the middle ground and neutrality, Canada as a former
proud defender of true human rights slowly melts into a pool of self realization and
self absorbtion spouting relativisms ad naseum as they revel in Israeli losses.
I commend you on your insight, bravery, and eye for the truth. To stand where
you stand is indeed a lonely vigil these days and I can only hope someday that
you might find yourself on a national network in a new Canada standing up for
truth, justice, honour and truth. In a world drenched in relativism those words
hold little or no meaning, but some of us remember and pray for an honorable
revolution in Canada. Ah, yes, someday perhaps pigs may fly…….. but in the
meantime, keep doing what you are doing.
Again, well done. I’ll be watching for more. Thank YOU!
Sincerely,
Dave Sharp
Fredericton, NB
One of about 10 conservatives in the province, so it seems.
I’ll leave you with a little something about me. When I was in high school in 75
I learned of the Diefenbaker destruction of the Avro Arrow and with it, the total
destruction of a modern aeronautics and aerospace industry. At that time I swore
to myself I’d never vote Conservative because of this terrible tragedy brought about
by a in some ways a very small minded man. Steven Harpers promises and his
resolve for HONEST change indeed changed my mind and those strange words
I wrote up above also in my opinion describe his government and their direction.
Why can’t the rest of Canada see what I see, or are they blind and evil as well?
Anyone who supports the former Martin goverment compared to what we have
now is deluding themselves and for them, truth, and honour have no meaning.
